Truth About Six Pack Abs is currently the most popular fitness eBook on the Internet. Looking at the website you would guess it’s the ultimate program to finally get rock-hard six pack abs….but is it just another bogus “flab to fab” ab system?

The first impression of the website is the same as for similar products: ultra hype sales letter pitchy. However reading a little further Mike Geary explains the five biggest myths about getting ripped six-pack abs. It’s well explained and I was able to identify many of the problems on my own journey to a flat stomach.

This program is not about sit-ups and stomach crunches as you might be thinking. This is about total body training while target training the abs. The main part of the book demonstrates 20 abdominal exercises.

Each exercise is fully explained with step by step photos. Most of these exercises can be performed at home without the need for a visit to the gym. This program is designed for folks that do not have the time to workout every day. Give this a workout of 30 to 45 minutes, 2 to 3 days a week, and you will start to see some quick results to your midsection.

If you want rock hard abs, this guide will show you how to get them. If you are a woman just wanting to flatten that tummy, then there is something here for you also. There is also an option to include Mike’s nutrition plan with the book and we found that to be extremely informative and useful.

In my opinion it’s the fact that Mike is able to combine diet and meal suggestions with highly effective workouts (no not crunches and sit ups) and the right dosage of cardio training. This is perfect for those of use that live busy lifestyles and Truth About Six Pack Abs does just that.

For just $39.95 that I paid for this course, it was money well spent.
